By paying for commissions you agree to the following.

❌ I won't draw:

  • UNDERAGE characters in a NSFW setting

  • War/soldiers theme

  • Feral NSFW

  • Extreme fetishes (vore, scat, watersports, diapers, etc)

  • Hardcore gore / guro

  • Extreme mecha or machines

  • Heavy drug use

  • Hate art (racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, ableism, etc)

Please be respectful to my personal decisions, I'm a real person, not machine.You must be at least 18 years old to commission me.I reserve right to not accept your commission without any reason.Please provide a clear and coloured reference sheet or images of your character.
Additional written details are appreciated (such as pose, expression, clothing, etc.), but I'm unable to work off a written description of your character (unless I'm making a reference sheet).

RIGHTS

  • Clients may repost watermarked art at will as long as credit to an author is included and no profit is being made.

  • The copyright of the final image will stay with me, you are allowed to use your picture for non-commercial use only (Upload the web-version to your gallery, use it as an avatar, print posters for yourself and friends).

  • I have the right to upload the commission to my galleries and use it for prints in art books, portfolios, blogs etc unless specifically asked not to.

  • You are not authorized to change, modify, edit without my permission.

  • DO NOT use my drawings to train AI.

PAYMENT & PROCESS

  • Payment is taken via PayPal and card through the commission services (lava.top / hipolink / easystaff).

  • All commission prices are listed in USD.

  • Payment plans available from $300.

  • I don't do refunds (At the moment I live in a country where I can't send money, so, I cannot refund money). I would prefer you come and talk to me if any problem occurs, forcing a chargeback without me knowing will result in a permanent ban.

  • I start to work after full prepayment.

  • I work with WIP's on every stage - from sketch to render.

  • You can make edits during the sketch stage and the line art & base colors stage. During the rendering stage, I only correct my own mistakes.

  • Minor edits that were my mistake (ex: a missed marking) on the finished image are allowed and free of charge.

  • Private work +40% to the cost.

  • I take additional charge for short time limits.

  • I can ask pay extra if the design of character/clothes is complicated.

  • The deadline depends on my workload (on average ~1 month).

  • Price may vary depending on complexity, alt versions etc.
